One notable client is the owner of Lubeck Mansion who operates the Lubeck Apartments. What started as a tenant move-out clean has evolved into a once/week schedule where our duties change from week to week and include cleaning the mansion, guest houses, gym, and all common areas at the apartment complex. We are the only recommended cleaning company for the tenants. They’ve gone so far as to tell their tenants that, if they want to ensure they get their full deposit back, to hire us. They are ecstatic with our work ethic, attention to detail, thoroughness, and our willingness to bring any areas of concern to their attention (for example, their air filters had not been changed in a year).
