Please read these Terms carefully. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern the relationship between you and Scrubberr Eco-Clean and apply to all cleaning services we provide.
Scrubberr Eco-Clean provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in the Greater Sacramento area, including Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, Loomis, Granite Bay, Folsom, Fair Oaks, Carmichael, Rancho Cordova, and Sacramento, California.
Services are performed as described in your service agreement and booking confirmation. Any additional services beyond what was agreed upon at booking may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated to you before work is performed.
Clients agree not to directly hire, solicit, or employ any Scrubberr Eco-Clean team member for personal cleaning services during the term of services and for 12 months following the last service date. Violation of this agreement may result in a referral fee of $2,500.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Placer County, California.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
